Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fleur Clay. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@fleurclay.com with photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@fleurclay.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • If the returned item(s) meet our criteria, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • The following items are non-returnable:
    • Custom or personalized items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
    • Gift cards
